Pretzel heaven. We were visiting from NYC where we frequently get pretzels. These were awesome! Great value, great folks working… One of the highlights of our trip!

I’m sorry for holding a grudge n I know it was probably 5 years ago but I’m still pissed! I stopped in to make an order for my family Christmas party! Guy behind the counter told me I should come back later because the pretzels won’t keep until then! I asked if he wanted me to pay for the tray and he said nah they would have plenty! I come back around 4:00 and they closed at 5:00 n the same guy explained to me that they were sold out! I was so pissed off I wanted to punch him in the face! After 4 years I wouldn’t step foot in the place Cuz of this! Then I went in because a friend ordered a tray the day before n not surprised it wasn’t ready! Whoever runs this place is a more on! I go to south jersey pretzel in Stratford the people r nicer n don’t care if u buy $ 1.50 or $ 20! N great water ice n ice cream all year long!

These pretzels are just incredible. Doughy and delicious, with just the right amount of salt. My hips are not enjoying them, but glad to have discovered a quick, and super cheap snack.

I stop in here every time I’m in South Jersey. The rivets are amazing and the fresh pretzels are to die for. If your in town, make sure you stop in here and bring some home. This place makes my mouth water reviewing it.

great company. Have you seen the undercover boss episode? I mean I’m not going to say it’s WHY we go to this location, cause let’s be real, we’re going regardless, but we always make sure to hit up a Philly Pretzel Factory b/​c the CEO was SO good to his employees, def wanna support that!
Customer service here is always good. The register area is set up a lil wonky, but whateves. I’m okay with that!
