pretty standard dunkin. consistent service and quality as all the others I have been in. one of the employees gave me a coupon for a free coffee which was nice.

The man I guess manager is always extremely rude and he himself made my drinks completely wrong. I asked for a mocha latte and I got chocolate milk. He was very rude to his staff as well. I hope he gets put in his place. But for now I’ll take my money to Starbucks (which is actually comparable to Dunkin) for great quality and great service

I go to dunkin on a daily basis and went to this location merely bc it was near where I was running errands. I have never gone there before and never will again. The people working there are not friendly. My sister had a coupon that they took from her but did not apply to her order. When she pointed it out the woman behind the counter seemed annoyed. She handed her the coupon back and said «just use it next time». Seriously? Maybe do your job right the first time. I will stick with my local DD in brooklawn.

Every time I stop in the service is friendly and fast. I’m glad there isn’t a drive thru, otherwise it would be a madhouse for the Haddon ave morning ride.

I am a DD regular, and this place is unacceptable. Slow service and they repeatedly make mistakes on orders. And they don’t seem to care when you point out the mistakes, either. Go to the DD on Brace Road in Cherry Hill. Way better.

I wish the Westmont location had longer hours and a drive thru. Despite passing it every single day on my way to work, I’ve only ever stopped in once. Service was alright, coffee was what you’d expect, but exiting and making a left onto Haddon Avenue is a task I usually try to avoid if possible.
