I contacted them in 2015 to find a part time nanny — the process was very manual and not exactly user friendly (ie not online) although the woman I spoke with seemed very professional. I mailed a check in which was cashed promptly and then the service only referred me to a total of two candidates — one who was a church worker and was extremely afraid of dogs (when my application clearly indicated the candidate needed to be pet friendly) and the ther candidate never showed up after rescheduling numerous times. I emailed and called with no respone and I am still awaiting my refund.
