OK, before I start this review I think that I have to preface that I am rating a food court Chinese food restaurant. What does that mean? Well, the food is kind of gross, the service is quick, and the quality is fairly generic.
Now that there has been some clarification, lets talk specifically about Fuji Chen. This Chinese kiosk has definitely changed in the past few years. The quality is about the same, maybe decreasing a bit, but the portion sizes have dropped and they have also stopped making some of their «specialty» foods such as dumplings. A few years back this location had other Chinese competitors, but since the food court at this mall looks like a ghost town, they no longer need to compete.
In the end, this place used to be good (again for a food court Chinese kiosk), but now they are lacking.

Hadley, MA
Not a fan. I have eaten there a few times and every time I eat there I get sick. I feel like they reuse food from the previous day. Their noddles are very greasy. Gross! Might as well go to target and get a microwave dinner. The amount they charge for that food is atrocious.
