Yay! Lauren is great! So happy to have found someone for waxing services. She was friendly, knowledgeable and meticulous — exactly what you want. And I didn’t walk out of there with red, splotchy skin from the wax. Yay!

I have been with Kate for over 6 years. Kate is phenomenal. From skincare, clinical acne to makeup and spray tans she is the best of the best.

I have been going to Glow bridal for my natural looking spray tan for the past couple of months after trying 3 other salons. I finally feel comfortable and have a tan that looks great. I highly recommend Rachel and her staff.

I booked Kate’s team for makeup and hair for my wedding for myself and other 3 guests. Kate as well as her team are nice however if you are looking for something more sophisticated you are in for a big disappointment. To break it by service: spray tan was good, she did a good job, hair: Rachel in her team did a good job with the hair too but the makeup was a complete disaster. I went first for a trial with Rachel and although I clearly articulated what I wanted after a few failed attempts during the trial Kate stepped in trying to make me feel like I was asking for something crazy or out of the ordinary which at some point got me very uncomfortable. I’ve read the previous reviews where she blamed the Photoshop and things like that for the examples others brought, but as somebody who got professional makeup in the past, I can assure you it was not the case. They didn’t have the right makeup and thought the airbrush would just do. The face was shinny, no contouring whatsoever and what was meant to be cat-​eye turned into a big shade of grey all over the place… terrible in one word and left there seriously concerned on what my makeup would look. I stayed positive, hoping that the trial was just not the best but that it would get better on the actual day. I do know how to do makeup myself, I just didn’t want to deal with it on my wedding day but after that trial, as a backup, I made sure I had all the right makeup at hand if things didn’t go as I wanted on my big day. And the inevitable happened. The day came and the makeup was just as terrible. It took almost an hour which was more like a tutorial of me trying to get her to do what I wanted and it ended up in me retouching it to have what I had actually asked for. Twice by now. Just to get the point across, I am not a crazy bride since all my other guest who got the service experienced the same. I think for somebody that never gets their makeup done they do a good job, as you can see the difference, but if your expectations are higher than the very basic then you should start looking a bit more.

Kate is truly incredible! She did the make up for my engagement photos and my wedding! She was fun to be around, professional, flexible and accommodating.
I also did spray tan! This was the first time I did this and Kate made me feel completely comfortable and the outcome was awesome!
Rachel her hair stylist extraordinaire did my hair for my wedding and 6 friends! Our hair was spectacular. Rachel was also fun to be around and made sure we all loved our hair!
I received soooo many compliments on the tan, make up and hair!!! So happy with it all. It couldn’t have been more perfect. I still looked fabulousnat 11:30 pm.

Kate is amazing. She is kind and professional. I recently got a facial from her. She did not lecture me on what I have been doing wrong, but offered simple solutions and products that I could use at home to make my skin the best it could be. I bought them but did not feel pressured to do so. The products she recommended are wonderful and make my face feel softer then ever before. The actual facial itself was one of the best I have ever received. She did such a good job of relaxing me I just about fell asleep, and after the stressful work week I’d had that was amazing!

Had my first (and definitely not last) spray tan done here… The owner was great, very professional and a perfectionist. She made me feel right at home and talked me threw the entire process. The atmosphere was tranquil and serine. Will be going again!

Kate brings a level of professionalism to spa experiences that’s not easy to find. Kate gave me my first facial and first Brazilian bikini wax today and it was an amazing experience. Kate made me feel comfortable and at ease. She is friendly and funny and so good at what she does. The waxing was virtually pain free for me, and although I know everyone is different, she was so fast that it was over before I knew it! She was knowledgable and my facial was relaxing and refreshing. I will be recommending Kate to all of my friends.

I just had an amazing facial from Kate at Glow Skin Studio. She is a master at what she does! She took the time to assess my skin in order to provide me with the most beneficial facial. Not only does my skin look and feel a 100x better but the experience was incredibly relaxing!

Kate uses airbrush make-​up which photographed very well for my wedding. She does amazing facials and worked with me to get my skin glowing! I met with her twice before my wedding and she introduced me to some exfoliating products that really helped improve my skin. I am so happy with the results and can really see the difference!
She is super sweet and has such a big heart, but above all, Kate is REALLY GOOD at her job! From the moment I met her, I was impressed with her experience and enthusiasm. Kate travels all across New England even to Martha’s Vineyard during the summer wedding season.
