AmeriClean Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

On 6÷16÷2017 We received a phone call from AmeriClean saying that we need to pay $ 289.38. We rented a property in Frederick, Maryland from Guardian Properties and Guardian Properties agreed with my husband to take the carpet cleaning fee out of the security deposit and didn’t do it. This was apart of the lease. My husband was threatened that if he didn’t pay quickly that it would go on our credit report. The carpet was cleaned on 05/​12/​2016 and we were there at the property to let the tech in. Once the tech finished we asked for a copy of the bill to have proof that it was professionally clean and the tech said no that Guardian Properties gets the invoice again they agreed to pay the bill. We had no idea that all of this was going on AmeriClean got their money because my husband paid in full. It is wrong and bad business practice AmeriClean should have made Guardian Properties pay that was the agreement. BEWARE!!!
