These people are liars. My rep told me if my hotspot did not work, I could return it and pay a $ 35 restocking fee and no other fees. It did not work, I paid the fee and now, 2 months later AT&T has sent me a bill! This is ridiculous. The device never even worked at my home. Funny how the sales people tell you anything to get you to try something and get their commission. BEWARE!!!
