Have had to return repeatedly to obtain the correct parts. Staff is good about making sure the money exchange is fair, but I question their knowledge of vehicles/​repair. I asked for a battery test for a few batteries and a computer scan and was told their tester broke and was not replaced. The scan was for «the check engine light only». I asked that the scan be run anyway and it came up with a code for my problem in spite of not being the check engine light. I have also been instructed to purchase parts that do not fit. Again, staff is fair, polite and helpful with obtaining diagrams, but not people I trust for car advice without cross checking.

Super helpful here. We were the family who was on way to Indianapolis for memorial day wkd. A nice man helped us replace the brake light in our van. I didn’t have any cash for a tip, so I’m writing an awesome review. Thanks autozone on VA ave. In hagerstown, above and beyond service.
