My boyfriend and I have lived here for about six months with quite a few problems. No bugs, no walls so thin that we can hear the neighbors. The grass gets cut regularly and everything has a fresh coat of paint. On the other hand, our fridge seems to have a structural problem that we didn’t cause and the patio door has to be fully body-checked to open. And I wish that the building numbers could be seen from the street, it would make giving directions to friend a lot easier since all of the buildings look the same. They eventually decided not to let us renew our lease because they got about two complaints about our dogs barking. During the day, not during quiet hours. Seems really harsh for a «pet friendly» complex that’s mKing us pay extra rent for the dogs. I guess you can have dogs but only if they don’t notice that they’re here?

I’m the 1st one to review this place! Yay! This is an Apartment complex off of Dual Highway. I am here for business, staying about 2 – 3 months. I’ve been here a month. Leasing folks were very easy to get ahold of, and quick to respond to emails. Maintenance crews come when you have an issue, they knock first, and then enter your unit. PROS: Weis grocery store is about 4 walking blocks away. Heck! The whole strip mall is So close-Five Guys, Rent a Center, some type of Dollar Store, Benny’s(bar/eating place), and I think a Nail/Massage place too! Dairy Queen is 1 walking block away. Parking isn’t assigned, which I love! Parking also can be found on the street-on the newly paved road. Washing machines are front loaders that use cards instead of quarters-and are open to residents 24hrs-shared by 2 buildings. They give you a welcome bag when you sign your lease-which includes a toothbrush, coupons, and magnets for your fridge. Heat is full blast, water-wow! I’ve never had such awesome water pressure before! Unit has a dishwasher and garbage disposal! Furnished corporate unit is pretty nice-the sofa has seen better days-but I’m grateful to not haul my own, here. If my neighbors smoke in their unit, I can’t smell it in my unit. If I stand in my hallway, I can hear people in their own unit, but as soon as I enter my unit, I can’t hear other folks-awesome! CONS: The Welcome resident handbook and USPS vs UPS info sheet given to all new folks-is not entirely true. It was apparently made a few years ago, and therefore the blip about USPS/UPS packages is no longer true. Packages CAN be picked up in the office. I discussed my huge disappointment with the ladies in the office today, regarding that this info should be taken out of the Welcome bag. It makes me wonder what else is not up to date in the Welcome Resident Book. I’m a rule follower, so as soon as I moved in, I read and abided by it. Washing machines have no instructions-and have only 3 settings–(but not by temperature, only by Whites/Colors/Mixed)-which isn’t really helpful-and impossible to change once an option is selected.(Choosing ‘Whites’ automatically makes the water ‘HOT’). NOTE: I haven’t experienced a snowfall/clearing of the parking lots/sidewalks yet, so I can’t comment on that-though I am very interested on how that turns out. I haven’t checked out the workout room-though it sounds/looks wonderful. Whew! Sorry it’s so long, but since this is the 1st review – I wanted the next person to have some ideas on what you’ll get! :)
