A pretty«no-frills» hotel. The room is a fair size, and everything was clean. There’s a slight musty smell in the building, but I get that in many hotels regardless of their star rating, so that’s no big deal. I’m tempted to give a five star rating because of the price. My girlfriend and I only paid $ 75 for a room here, which is a price I’d usually expect to pay to get a night in a creepy ass motel where I’d wake up dead in the morning. I will say that arriving here at 1am was a bit scary … it’s not in the greatest area, and there’s a sketchy looking Mexican place nearby, but the hotel is perfectly fine and feels safe. There’s also a complimentary breakfast in the morning. The food and its options aren’t particularly exciting, but it was free, and it was just fine. If I could get in here again for the price I paid on my way east, I’d probably stop here again. It’s pretty no-frills, but you don’t really need any frills when you’re passing through town just for a night of sleep and a shower.

Outside of this place being outdated looking, it’s not a bad place. The front desk was friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The wifi wasn’t too bad for a hotel. All in all we had a pleasant stay.

Best Western was all booked last night. Called up Comfort Inn and they had rooms available. Rate was not expensive. Do not forget to show AAA card and others to get extra discount. Check in was smooth. Room was clean and very comfortable. Good selection choices for breakfast which had hot buffet of sausage and eggs and continental items. Stayed away from the waffle maker. They can be so addicting with pouring syrup with butter on top. Quaint town with so much history. Will be back again on way to NYC. Happy Memorial Day Everyone.

Our room was reasonably priced yet had a lot of characteristics that more expensive motels consistently have. The room was very clean and beds were quite comfortable with a great selection of pillows to choose from. The place seemed to be nicely decorated with tasteful art prints on walls and nice sturdy furniture that fit in well with the décor. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs and the continental breakfast met our needs. We had a pretty good overall experience and would go back again in the future.

No complaints at all! I will look for more Comfort Inns driving cross-country as they appear to care about their customers. Clean, updated, good complementary breakfast, and friendly employees. Good price as well, yay for AAA discount and pet-friendly. Not all are pet-friendly, call first.

Driving home from Louisville to New York City with our small dog and this hotel dog friendly hotel is great. Clean, spacious room, firm beds and clean bathroom. Staff is nice and professional — felt safe in the hotel and in our room. We arrived late and left early, but it’s nice that there are HBO and cable channels and breakfast included. Hagerstown is one of the fastest growing US cities and now I know why… nice mix of small town unique and standardized businesses.

Staff is very nice. Room is medium size. Bathroom smells like a men’s urinal. Room smells like urine and mildew. Blech.

Stayed here again and am convinced this is the only place to stay when you’re in Hagerstown! Lovely lovely staff, great rooms with plenty of space, and beds that are so comfortable you lay down to close your eyes and wake up in the exact same position. Great showers and plenty of hot water even after 3 other people shower before you. Mini fridge to keep leftovers cool and a microwave to heat them back up when you’re hungry. Breakfast had lots of options and we were even given a last call notice to grab anything else we wanted before they closed up. We were told coffee is always available though.

I’ve never given a hotel of this level 5 stars but we had such a lovely stay. The room was immaculate and newly remodeled. We had a fridge and a microwave which is hand when traveling. Our room with two queen size beds was spacious and bright. Front desk staff was very polite and helpful. And the room included breakfast in the morning.

Awesome! We used this hotel for our wedding block of rooms. Everything is clean and well maintained and the staff is PHENOMENAL. They were exceptionally friendly and helpful. All our guests had a wonderful stay and we are very appreciative of everything they did to help make sure our guests had a great time even after they returned to the hotel at the end of the night.

Check in staff was absolutely amazing and a nice surprise after a very long drive. Room was fantastic. Great beds, interesting and lovely décor. Tv, fridge and microwave in the room, which is a bonus. But the microwave has food left in it from the last guest or two. Totally gross. Notwithstanding that the bathroom was wonderful. My only real complaint is the noise from the hall. It’s like people are standing in my room. The cleaning staff started vacuuming at 8:27 am on a Sunday! Not pleased. But I would stay here again.
