CALL ANYONE ELSE BUT CUMBERLAND! They charged us $ 175 for a $ 25 Heat Pump Capacitor! I understand labor and a markup, but $ 150 is ridiculous! Not to mention we had to pay the $ 89 diagnostic fee. I called the office, and spoke to a Denise, who really seemed to care less. This is a company without a conscience!
