This is the retail storefront of a fortune 500 company? I have had more pleasant customer experiences at greyhound bus terminals. If my experiences at this is ill-​equipped, understaffed broom closet are any indicator, I have no idea how federal express is the 12th most admired business in the world. I would give this outlet a zero star rating if possible based upon what I would expect from this company.

These ppl tried to tell my amputee family member that they delivered his package which has been sitting at this location for 3 days now according to the tracking number. Thing is, bc he’s an amputee he sits in front of his door in his wheelchair all day and no one came. Why is something sitting in one location for 3 days and no one there can explain it? Next time I encourage everyone to use UPS this place is pitiful.
