DO NOT shop at the Hagerstown, MD location (18 057 Oak Ridge Dr!!! They have the WORST customer service and the women that work there, specifically Mary Beth, was extremely rude and treated me like I was stupid when I asked them questions. I asked to speak to Charles, the owner, and they refused to let me speak to them because they were afraid they would get in trouble. I am writing this review in hopes that people will see this and choose a different Hardware Store. I was appalled at their customer service and also the way that they single customers out and think it’s funny to be mean to them. Later when I called to complain about them to the owner, they REPEATEDLY hung up on me. Not professional at all. They should NOT have people like that working there. I am taking my business elsewhere and hopefully others do too. Very disappointing.
