The sandwich was great. It was expensive but it was a huge sandwich and could easily be two meals. The problem was the service, one lady was nice but the other was snotty and acted like she was being put upon by having to do her job. This seems to be a typical attitude in hometown Hagerstown so maybe people have just come to expect it. Doubt we’ll go back.

Now I know why I go to Freddie’s. Freddie’s club sub has 3 slices of real bacon. Hartles had 1 piece precooked bacon. Onions make up half the sub. Won’t make this mistake again

Great place to order a traditional sub. If you order a sub with onions, they will go overboard. You’ve been warned.

Came here for lunch yesterday and ordered a club wrap, it was loaded with a ton of meat although the lettuce seemed obsolete from my order. It was a bit too salty tasting for some reason, perhaps the type of deli meat they use. The wrap, plus a small sub and bottle drink(the bottled mt. dew was expired at that!) was almost $ 13 so, it seemed a bit pricey for something with no sides or drink included. The staff didn’t seem too friendly, kind of a dirty spoon vibe in the place, overall I don’t think I’d venture back here again.

Average. A little on the pricey side. Italian hoagie meat was higher quality than Subway. The bread was not as good as Subway. A decent option for a hoagie in Hagerstown, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it.

Delicious, hearty subs — a 6 inch is probably enough for most. Lots of options for toppings on subs and sandwiches. Order online and use one of their website coupons to sweeten the deal.

–Great place to pick up a sub and head on over to the park. –Service isn’t overly friendly, but they get the job done quick and it tastes good. –There’s lots to choose from in form of toppings and sides-including fried pickles!
