Being a huge Unilocal fan, I used the site to research a good computer repair company in order to fix my desperate «my computer is down» situation. I called Rusty at JRS Mobile Tech and he came to my house THAT DAY to assess the situation.
Rusty is the most friendly computer repair person and never made me feel like I was an idiot for not knowing what was (or was not) going on with my computer. He explained, in detail, exactly what needed to be done and took my computer home to repair it.
Not only did he repair my computer lightning fast for a very VERY reasonable fee, he networked all of our devices together and set up our wireless printing capabilities.
Rusty is truly the epitome of excellent customer service! Thank you!
