As a single woman and first time home owner, I often feel like I have a huge target on my back just waiting for the next repairman to rip me off. Thankfully, I found Mr Fix it. They are honest, reliable, and reasonably priced. Even on repairs where they couldn’t do the job (e.g. HVAC), Terry let me call him for guidance so I was sure too get the best service possible. Mr Fix it used to be the area’s best kept secret. Now they’re so big, I regret that they don’t have as much time for my pesky little calls like «OMG my light switch stopped working!»

I worked with them once, several years ago, on a rental property. The bid seemed extraordinarily high, but I figured I would bite the bullet to go with a professional outfit — versus a local handyman.
I had to argue with them to complete work that was clearly in the contract, and have subsequently had much of the work redone properly by others.
My perception is that they want to create a glossy professional image, but the work doesn’t back it up. I could have hired the kinds of laborers they use, and saved the overhead.
