As an early birthday treat for myself, I made a spontaneous decision to stop by in the middle of my trip from Germantown to Pittsburgh. I’m very glad I did! I’ve been meaning to expand my wardrobe with more fashionable clothes (I can wear the same t-​shirts, jeans, and jackets for so long without the local barista starting to notice).
The service here is great! I picked several shirts and sweatshirts to try out. One employee gladly opened a fitting room and remarked that I had a good eye in picking the very on-​sale sweatshirts that rarely go on sale. After a minute of trying on the clothes, the employee came back to check up on me and asked if I needed different sizes for any of the clothes. All the clothes fit well, so I declined.
As I was purchasing my clothes, I swiped my card early as I sometimes do. I know that some machines will accept the card and wait until the cashier finishes scanning all the items to process it. The cashier mistakenly scanned a sweatshirt twice and the machine processed my card. He caught the error and apologized profusely. He refunded the entire purchase, rescanned the items without error, and offered a 15% discount for the mistake. So, except for the minor mistake, the entire return and rescan went very smoothly, and the employee was very professional.
With the sale price and the 15% discount, I was happy to see that I spent MUCH less than I had anticipated! With the good prices, good quality clothes, and excellent customer service, you bet I will come here again whenever my wardrobe needs another do-​over.

Incredible customer service from EVERYONE on staff. It was unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Not only was it friendly, but they carried the shirt I wanted for super cheap. It was awesome. 10/​10, 100/​100, whatever. Trust me on this — I’m from the internet.
