Wow! I went to this shop today to get some work estimates for the firm. Well to make a long story short I only got to the counter.
The most miserable person I’ve ever been confronted with was on my case before I could ask my quick question. Would you be able to fix my lock on my vehicles! So I asked him if I’d said something to offend him? You filled my car park up with that damn bus, sorry I thought, but I’m a Customer with a quick question on my work round at 8:00 would it be to much trouble.
Basic grunts communicated the ignorance of this person, I said tell you what I’ll take my business somewhere else where they would appreciate a customer at the counter.
Suppose he was rejected last night, with a look like that I’d kick his ass out of it too!
No recommendations here GRUNT, grow up.
