Got a new phone tonight. I have always dreaded going to the phone store. I’m happy to report my salesman, Mark Johnson, was AWESOME. He knew all of the products, plans, and blew through all of the red tape and paperwork with ease. Happy camper.

Us cellular promised to pay our etf with our last carrier and did not. How we found out was a letter from a credit reporting agency. So I called us cellular. Excuses were… we were busy, you didn’t fill out the rebate paperwork, it’s our other carriers fault for turning us in to credit agency. I signed a contract to pay off the phones and us cellular tells me I signed. A 2 yr contract. I don’t advise anyone to go to us cellular
