OK, here goes my feedback.
Banana bread — 5 stars, if there was 6 stars it would get it!
BBQ pulled pork sandwich — 3 and a half stars
Burger — 1 star (it was microwaved)
Stop for the banana bread alone, 6 bucks for a small amount, but worth it.

Three of us stopped here yesterday on our way to Hana. I’ve driven all around Maui over the 30 plus years coming here. There are plenty of stands that declare they have «the best banana bread on the island». Halfway to Hana does not have a sign that says they have the best banana bread on the island, but guess what? THEY DO!

We stopped here at first just to stretch our legs but ended up buying jerky (which is amazing) banana bread (also amazing) and some coconut bits which my husband loved!
We stopped on our way back from hana hwy too just to load up on more jerky and the ladies were very sweet!

This little shop is halfway to Hana. It is a cute little place with lots of parking. They sell shave ice, ice cream, and other snacks. Make sure you get out and stretch your legs. Plus you get a signal here too! The women working are very nice and super helpful! Take a pic of the sign and place a pin in the map for where you are from!
