Bought a dinning rm set. We took the table top out of box notice it was damage. They switch out tops. Unfortunately when we got home we discover the bag with the screws and bolts were in a ziplock bag. Items were missing so we couldn’t put together the set discover a lollipop in bag. Had to go to Loews to replace missing screws and bolts.

I enjoy visiting different locations since you never know what you may find. The prices are decent. If I am buying a phone charger (especially for the car) I prefer Big Lots over Best Buy or an electronics store. There were reasonably priced laptop sleeves. The toiletry items were inexpensive. The make up choices are limited, but the price is right.
The store was clean and comfortable. The employees were nice.
