My Deco Balloon

I used My Deco Balloon for the first time for a corporate grand opening. Communication proved to be difficult when multiple requests for proposals were sent without a response. Once finally receiving a quote, we agreed on a theme and concept and when the the balloons arrived, they were less than stellar. When contacting Maria with our disappointment, I was told that the basic sculptures were listed on the invoice and that we should be satisfied with the result. I asked Maria to update the balloons to meet our expectations and she said they would fix the balloons; minutes before they arrived she demanded payment for the additional changes. The clusters we requested did not have proper décor balloon bases, but rather basic weights and were missing the client’s logo as originally agreed upon. The structures could have easily been made by my staff from supplies found at a party rental store. In addition, Maria showed difficulty when we expressed our concern and pleaded for a mutually agreeable resolution. She was not interested in making the client happy, rather just securing her payment and no longer maintaining a future relationship. I have produced multiple events nationally with different balloon designers who provided far superior displays for the same total cost. I was extremely disappointed in the services I received and I would strongly recommend removing any consideration when hiring this company.
