I saw the papa murphys coupons in the break room at work for about a week so I grabbed one so I could finally try the thin crust take and bake pizza. I would sample the cowboy because it sounded interesting. The store actually looked nice with rich wood and colorful walls with granite accents. There is a small bench to sit while you wait for the pizza. There is two coolers with drinks and pre made items. The young woman who helped me was doing a great job engaging with the customers while cranking out the pizzas. My pizza was 6th in line and she had me out in five minutes or so, she was great as the face of the store today. The menu pricing is confusing because the window poster says LG pan cowboy for $ 11 and the menu board says LG thin cowboy is $ 15 so when I used my $ 3 off coupon for the LG thin cowboy my total was $ 11.43 which didn’t make sense. The thin crust cowboy looked pretty good and the thin crust was as thick as a tortilla. The cowboy is red sauce, pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, black olives and herbs and cheese. See my pictures. Now for how was it after baking this take home pizza. To my surprise the pizza was tasty and I liked the fresh ingredients. The crust was crisp on the outer end and got a little soggy towards the center. It was a little greasy but real cheese will do that. The toppings are sliced very thin and I would prefer thicker slices. The flavor of the cowboy was a little zesty and the crust was tasty while the whole pizza was on the sweet side. Over all papa murphys will not substitute for your favorite pizza place but is nicer than frozen and the ease of a fresh Pizza anytime is appealing. I would get one from time to time.

Lazy employees. Close at 8pm, but won’t take an order at 730… hard to make money that way

Though I’d rather have Rosati’s or Leah’s pizza, Papa Murphy’s is still a good option for moderately priced pizza. Papa Murphy’s is a take-and-bake pizza joint so I always choose this place over frozen pizza! The toppings they offer are the usual, out of the box toppings you’d expect. I’m hoping the company eventually adds more«crazy» toppings to compete with Toppers Pizza. For the health conscious, Papa Murphy’s offers a semi healthy pizza called the«deLite» pizza which is just a very thin crust to save on the carbs/calories.
