I am a regular at the Walgreens here in Hales Corners where most employees know me by name. After a few days ago, I will not be going back ever again, due to one of their female employees.(Unfortunately didn’t get her name) This was the SECOND time being«stalked» by this employee, and this time, also was spoken to rudely by her. I was there with my 17 year old Daughter, purchasing makeup for both her and I. Some foundations had testers, some didn’t. I was trying foundation when this employee tells me I can’t try them and I asked her if I’m suppose to try it at home and if it doesn’t work, an i to return it? She says yes.(I don’t usually buy drug store makeup. I buy MAC products but since I was out and unavailable to make a stop to the mall, I needed something quick.) So after she tells me I can’t try them anymore, I throw a few in my basket and continue shopping. She follows me around, pretending to scan things as she’s watching me shop. I find a spray lotion that I needed and knew I as going to buy. I spray it on my hand and throw it in my basket, when she walks by me and says«WHATDID I TELLYOU?!» Excuse me?!(Who do you think you’re talking to like that little girl?!) My Daughter and I tell her I put it in my basket– I planned on BUYING it! We have a few not so kind exchange in words as this little girl has stalked me in the store before, and I complained to the manager on duty. At this point I have had enough of this girl being the second time with her. So I put our basket full of stuff down and I walked out and went to another Walgreens. A sale of over $ 100 worth of makeup and stuff they lost out on that night) Including losing out on my many sales in the future for personal and for my group home I manage.(I hope you had fun putting everything away as well.) There is a better and more respectful way to address things with your paying customers. It’s called customer service. You do not follow them around the stores, and talk to them like children. Grow up and learn from this, little girl. Otherwise you won’t get too far!

Access to the parking lot is a little tricky because there are only two entrances: one just after the Forest Home/Janesville Rd. split and the other one from a roadway in the parking lot of Pick n Save and a mini mall. The entrance to the store, itself, throws me off too, because it is laid out the opposite of my usual Walgreens. The store is a typical Walgreens, but the employees here always seem to be in a good, if not great, mood. The one thing I noticed was that the checkout area was very spacious… plenty of room to walk past other people checking out and not having to say«excuse me» a bunch of times. 19⁄2014
