Danzco Hardwood Flooring

This is the second time that I have used Danzco. We had them refinish our hardwood floors on two levels in our previous home. They did such a fantastic job that I didn’t consider calling anyone else when we wanted to refinish the floors in our new home. I wasn’t sure that the floors were hardwood, and if so, whether they could be refinished. Grace Manger went the extra mile to help me find that out, and helped me get a prompt visit from Dan. They did the work very quickly, on time and so well that I wouldn’t have known that they were in our home, but for the beautifully refinished floors. The work exceeded our expectations. This is a company that takes pride in the work that they do, and they do it at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Danzco!

Danzco did a great job on our floors! They refinished and stained existing floors and installed floors in two additional rooms in our house. The floors look entirely new, it is very hard to tell which floors are the original and which ones are the new floors. Great service crew, very respectful of our home ans cleaned up daily messes that occurred. The job was completed correctly and quickly. I believe their prices are very fair and they stayed within the estimated budget. I would highly recommend Danzco for your flooring needs.

They were here 3 days refinishing the floors. The first day they were professional, asking me to seal up the doors upstairs and cleaning up after. The second day I wasn’t around and the doors were never shut so dust got everywhere but they did clean up some. The third day they seemed to just not care anymore because they were 3 hours late, made more of a mess, didn’t clean it up, and left the house without telling me. I still don’t know if they are to come back.
Overall, the finished product was OK but I’ve seen better. This is a fine example of how small businesses fail. From beginning to end, the customer should experience complete satisfaction in the work they paid for. This includes the professionalism of the workers, which is part of the finished product. I found that part lacking.
