I might use them again. They told me up front how much they charge and when the clock starts, but not anything extra. They accommodated the date and time I desired. The electrician came out and only made the necessary repairs and offered advice to prevent future repairs.
The did charge $ 100/​hour, which seemed high to me, but they were close and quick about the repair. I finally got the bill and it seems they added another $ 40 for a wire nut and maybe some tape that the electrician used to repair the minor wiring problem I had.
They did the job quick and properly, but they are expensive.
