This is a combo KFC and A&W restaurant. The food is usually fine. Service, however, is not. They frequently run out of food items, especially sale or featured items. I once made four consecutive trips where I tried to order items they were «out of». On day in particular after requesting three different combos and being told they were out of each I finally asked «do you have anything to eat in there?» And I was told «we have a couple pieces of extra-​crispy left». This was around 5:30pm. This problem has gone on for years. Whoever orders their food apparently does a poor job.
The building is fairly new and very clean. Food is fine just don’t expect to get what you want.
