A Festive Affair Party Rentals

Although a little hard to get a hold of, these guys have delivered rentals to two parties at my home, and once I finalize the rental order, there has been no friction with getting our rental items delivered.
Minus 1 star only because they’re hard to get a hold of initially, they have a slightly limited selection and some of the items are a bit worn.
Overall, glad to have a rental company on the coast.

The only game in town but poor, disinterested service and dirty tent. We used them for a wedding. When we were assessing whether to rent tableware we phoned several times during customary working hours and left several messages but they never returned our phone calls. A bigger issue was that despite a site inspection before the order where the owner suggested a tent with sides, the tent order went in without sides. We only found that out because when they didn’t return our calls regarding tableware, we went in to their location. We just happened to check the tent order only to learn we still needed to order walls (which come at an additional expense). When the tent went up on Friday one of the three sides was stained and moldy. Saturday am they told us that was all they had — and actually went so far as to suggest it should not matter — but you can clearly see the stains and dirt in the photos. They took this one wall off the price but that really was not the point. When we went in to settle the final bill, they had overcharged for other items. We spoke to the owner and it was very clear that our issues did not matter to him. As a side note, we found it was actually cheaper to purchase tableware and linens than to rent from Festive Affair. Overall we felt their attitude was «we don’t care», it was the worst event management experience I have ever had.
