Our driver was available both times we called. He was interesting and informative about the area. We called for a ride back and he was there in a few minutes. It was $ 3 a mile.

I love to support local, but I cannot recommend these guys. I have used them several times to the airport, and each time was a fiasco. The first time, the driver was 20 minutes late to pick us up. When I landed on my return flight, I was told to call once I was at the curb. Guess what? The driver left HMB at that time, leaving me and my wife curbside at SFO for 35 minutes with a 5 month old baby. And the final time, their van died right in front of my house, performing a U turn, subsequently blocking traffic.
Stay away unless you need a ride home from the local bars and you live down the street!

Half Moon Bay, CA
I made a reservation for a 4:30 am pick for a ride to SFO. They said the driver would call and confirm at 4am. When no call came by 4:15 I called them, they said they had no record of the reservation but would have a cab to me by 4:35. No cab at 4:35, I called back and they said the cab was «around the corner». He showed up at 4:45. We missed the cutoff for bag check so we missed out flight.
I will never use them again and neither should you if you need to be somewhere on time.
