I was a happy customer of Hulices and Red Bird for many months. But the last couple of weeks his crew has not come back to service our yard, and he has stopped returning phone calls and his voicemail is full.
On the one hand, I hope nothing bad has happened, but on the other hand, our lawn is overgrown and we have to move on.
UPDATE: Hulices was out of the country when the problems happened. I’m not sure what went wrong in his absence, but when he came back, everything went back to the way it should.
