Casey Sample catered my housewarming party this weekend for about 40 people, and the event was a huge success. I was so busy hosting I didn’t have a chance to eat the food myself, but everyone said it was good. In addition to doing the setup work, Casey kept the food replenished throughout, and did a thorough cleanup — there was very little left for me to do after she left except vacuum the floor. The kitchen was spotless, which was really nice. Casey also picked up after people so there weren’t plates and cups scattered about, and she made sure all of the drinks (beer, wine, etc.) were replenished so nothing ran out. In short, I’d hire Casey again for any future event I need catering for.

A friend, Jeff Kearnan, hired Sample This for a Life Celebration in our garden this past week end. I’ll keep it simple; punctual, communicative, friendly, efficient. Beautiful-fresh-mostly organic food, all tasty with a lovely presentation and my kitchen was spotless when they left. I have never given a 5 Star rating before, top notch!

Casey Sample of Sample This Catering catered our 50^th wedding anniversary party, and did a fabulous job. She took the time that was needed to assist us with menus and scheduling. Her food was delicious, and the presentation beautiful. The servers were great — everyone at the party, all 75, were happy! We highly recommend her
