Used to order from the one in Glens Falls and it was great so not sure what the issue is with this location. Wait time was stated as 15 – 20 minutes but took an hour. According to their pizza tracker the order was ready for 26 minutes before it was taken for delivery which of course means it was cold when it arrived. We did the 2 medium pizzas for 5.99 each but we’re charged extra for one that had pineapple and bacon as toppings… this pizza was also missing topping in the middle of the pizza and was burnt around the edges. The driver was polite and was quick to arrive once the tracker showed he left but that was the only decent part of the experience. Will not be ordering from Clifton Park again.

Take it for what it is-chain take out pizza. That being said, Dominos re-did their entire menu and it went from cardboard crust to garlicky, tasty, inexpensive pizza. It’s a solid delivery choice when I am too lazy to cook. I don’t like the wings at all but we get a white pizza and a bacon/pineapple and have been pleased. Delivery is quick, and actually usually quite friendly. The order was wrong one time, so I called and they apologized and fixed it immediately.

The service and the food are okay… but the administration is inadequate, They are consistently running out of key ingredients including pasta(4 of 5) times and was out of chicken wings once. It is super frustrating to try to place and order and then have them call you back just to say that your order is not possible.

I’ve ordered from this Domino’s every once in a while, and it seems like something always is screwed up. Either the quality of the pizza or sides is terrible as though something was prepared completely wrong, or they don’t fill the order properly. The latter was my most recent experience: I ordered and paid for the cheesy bread, and they gave me regular breadsticks instead. It’s the little things like this that seem to happen more often than they should. It’s probably an indication that supervision and quality checking are minimal or nonexistent here. There are a lot of local options for pizza in Clifton Park and the surrounding area, so it’s probably safer to just go with one of them.
