Found this storage facility a little pricier than another in a nearby town, but went with it because of it’s location; it was more convenient for me. The employees were very personable, however, when I went to pay the second month’s storage fee, I was pretty sure that I would be out by mid month. I wasn’t told that no «rebates» are given for unused days. I was simply asked if I just wanted to pay till the middle of the month, and said no, that I would pay for the whole month. When I was waiting for the storage unit, I was told it would«possibly» be available on a certain date, and yet, a week and a half before the end of the month, I was called and asked if I was«really going to be out by the end of the month» because they had someone waiting for a unit. I don’t have a horrible complaint about them, because as I stated, the employees are personable, but I feel that the«customer service» could have been handled better. Had I been told that they do NOT give your money back for unused days, I would have made it my business to be out by mid month. Did not appreciate having to pay for 2 weeks that I really didn’t need to.
