Beautiful store but the woman that calls herself the manager has no customer service skills she is arrogant and does not care about anything but making the sale. I understand her position is a sales position but she is not a good manager at all the company has poor taste in management I will not go back to the store just because of her I will find a store where the manager is pleasant.

I was so impressed by this store! The selections of fabric is amazing. Too many choices, I wanted to get it all. This place doesn’t sell apparel fabric, it is mostly for upholstery and window treatments. Very glad I came, I love the fact that you can cut your own samples of anything you like. They were running a sale 40% off everything which made decisions even harder. Not a lot of help on the floor, just a few people so if they are busy with a client, the wait can be a bit long, but the complimentary snacks and drinks makes it a little easy. I will be back and recommend if you are in the market for home décor fabrics!

I came in looking for a piece of fabric to DIY a redo of an outdated window box valance. My mom and I were overwhelmed by the huge selection of fabrics available. The store is well organized by color and theme. They had a lot of great fabrics to choose from and the staff was friendly and accommodating, offering us a pair of scissors to clip sample swatches and there to answer any questions. They even had all kinds of snacks there to eat — score! We found a great fabric and successfully updated my window treatment with quite a bit to spare. My mom is going to make me some throw pillows! If you need fabrics, custom window treatments or pillows a stop by Bargoons is a sure bet.

My husband & myself went there yesterday to shop & we were very happy we did, the experience was wonderful the customer service was out of this world. I would recommend shopping there to everyone.

It’s coming up to Halloween and I have the ghost of an idea in the back of my mind for a Halloween costume for our annual costume competition at work (prizes for best costume and best dressed workspace). All week my cube neighbor and I have been brainstorming and decorating.
All I needed was a bit of material to add a bit of color to my costume and it needed to match my wig. So I hit up all the local Walmarts looking for a piece of cheap tulle… any colour really. The one in NMB didn’t have anything and the Walmart on Hallandale Beach Blvd. have discontinued their fabric dept. So I’m standing outside on a Wednesday before Halloween wondering where the heck can I go and then it comes to me. When my mom was alive she was big into home décor and was awesome at it and last time she had come to visit us she asked us to stop off at Boca Bargoons to have a look at the fabrics.
So Boca Bargoons happened to be on my way back to the office from Walmart and I pulled in hoping that with a store that large they would have a TON of Tulle.
Um, nope. None that I could see and when I asked the saleslady something got lost in translation between Ireland and South America but it seems they don’t have that fabric in stock. It seems they cater to the higher end in materials which is A-​OK because what they have in stock is fabulous. But for that cheap fix they are sadly lacking.
So I browsed the huge selection of fabulous materials they have there to see if something would substitute and the sales lady went off to find something herself. And just at the same time, we converged… me at the remnants bin after digging through and coming up with what I thought would work with some fabric dye I had and her coming with a roll of the exact same material! I thought she had abandoned me but we laughed and she said «i thought you could dye this».
So she rang my cheap swag of material up and I went on my merry way.
While browsing I came across the exact same material my mom had used on her last big project when she upholstered the living room suite herself. I stopped dead in my tracks. Aw mom. I know. It’s Halloween… one of your favorite holidays. I miss you too.
