Breakout Florida was a very nice, unexpected surprise on our recent escape room road trip! We had the chance to play all three games and there was definitely a lot to like! First off, the staff here is just wonderful. It’s a family affair, and the family is clearly proud of their hard work. This kind of atmosphere creates the most welcoming of experiences! I think I personally enjoyed the Thomas Edison room the most — and was definitely excited to see some puzzles and gags I’ve not encountered elsewhere in the 60+ games I’ve played! The Bad Girl room was an interesting experience(in a good way) — and definitely my first«adults-only» escape room. The storyline in this one is bizarre(but again, in a good way!) though one that might not be best if you easily offend. The Bad Girl shattered my previous escape record, seeing us conquer the room with 51:46 left on the clock! While this may sound disappointing at first glance, we both agreed that every second of the gameplay was fun, and we by no means felt like we didn’t receive a quality experience. Their third room, this one Mystery-themed took us the longest to escape due to a few puzzle steps that were a bit on the non-intuitive side. I’m confident they have likely already been modified before I had the chance to write this review. The owner was very eager to hear any feedback we had, and clearly took it seriously — another reason I believe Breakout Florida is destined for long-term success! If you find yourself in South Florida, Breakout Florida is absolutely the venue to visit. Their games were the most fun we had on our two day /eight game road trip!
