The line was way too long. I waited forever to pay.

tried to return a couple of blankets there today with receipt. Blankets were never used and the package was never opened. First of all the i must say i have never seen such a bad costumer service in my life. They never let me return anything .I don’t even want to talk about how i got treated there. The entire store is a bib mess and dirty. This store will close the doors pretty soon if they dont change their entire team.

Everything here is just awful! This product is not expanded in size. Some clothing and shoes dirty. But worst of all cashiers service. Managers rude, louts. I stood quietly and waited for me to bring change from $ 50. But just forget about me :)))

Wow, this store is huge! Ample variety of home goods and clothing, even candy. Can find lots of great bargains. The lines might be long though, so patience is virtue.

That 6.99 chiffon tank and discount Yankee candle you found will wind up costing you 3 hours in line. May be worth it for some, not for me.

Store is dark if you buy shoes and the don’t fit good or damaged they won’t give you a refund it’s in the reciept horble store

Wenn man das Geschäft betritt, fällt einem als erstes die Größe auf. Man weiß sofort was für eine große Auswahl an Haushaltswaren und besonders an Kleidung besteht. Da jedes Abteil beschriftet ist und diese Beschriftungen durch den ganzen Laden zu sehen sind, fühlt man sich nicht in der Unordnung verloren, sondern kommt schnell zu den Produkten, die man sucht. Hier findet man von Anzügen zu Sportbekleidung so gut wie alle möglichen Stile zu einem geringen Preis. Leider sind die Gänge zwischen den Regalen aber oft viel zu eng, dafür, dass Burlington eine große Anzahl an Kunden hat. Es wird keinen Wert auf Ordnung gelegt, das heißt einige Kleidungstücke liegen auf dem Boden oder Produkte liegen unsortiert in den Regalen und sind schwerer zu finden.

I’ve been coming here for a while to get business dresses… When I was trying to hide my baby bump I was able to find some really nice suits in bigger sizes. I ended up getting everything I needed for my hospital bag here as well right down to the soap and lotion… They have a pretty decent selection of baby stuff here as well from cribs and strollers etc… I would like to point out the Hialeah location has a bigger selection of baby swings, furniture, blankets, accessories and $.99 stuff than Hallandale, sr84, and sawgrass. For maternity wear sawgrass first and this location second.

Clean and organized according to discount store standards! Dressing rooms and restrooms are clean as well. Now most importantly, the clothes! They have a big selection here. I recently bought a bunch of new clothes for an up coming vacation and I was able to find 80% of everything I needed in one place and did not spend a fortune! Worth a look.

Prices good but terrible customer service. The workers seem offended if you ask a question. There is usually one register open while several other workers are just standing around staring into space.

They have a great selection of winter coats I just bought one for a great price… Little messy but with all this stuff they have must to hard to keep it up with organization… I’m very satisfied with my purchase and I highly recommend this store!!!

Decent selection of clothing, accessories, bedding, etc but man it is messy, lol! Clothes on the floor, shelves disorganized in the showroom… man when I shop here I have to have the right state of mind, lol! The shoe section, don’t get me started.
The line can be slow at times, especially after work hours and on weekends.
Prices are pretty good depending on the items. I have found quite a few interesting items. All in all not all is lost. But man they need to seriously clean this place up.

OMG! what a mess. everytime i go into this burlington its a big mess. now people, im not being hard on them. i actually go into these businesses more than once to make sure they were not just having a bad day but they are consistent with their bad service and unorganized show room. i understand that im not walking into norstrom but for most shoppers we do not like to feel overwhelmed with clutter at first sight,. so to all birlington management give me a holla, i think i can help with your visual aesthetics and customer service. ciao…

If you haven’t been east on Hallandale Beach Blvd. in a couple of years you will be surprised. In the shopping plaza where Winn Dixie is located it is all spruced up with some lively shops to include a Burlington Coat Factory.
Saturday found us after breakfast at «Nick’s» (reviewed) on a trip which we hoped would be a trip to save us from schlepping up to Sawgrass Mills on the following Sunday. I found a couple of jackets pretty quickly here for my youngest son aged 5 (rather, he found them… fashionista that he is didn’t like my choices). Hubby was looking for dress shoes but nothing screamed his name and after moseying over to have a look at the shoe department I’m not surprised. The place was a mess (and he has no patience).
Lines were long and not moving so fast but YAY ME… for once in my life, I picked the line that was moving. They had seven registers open but the lines were at least 10 deep each.
This place has great potential for finding treasures but on this cold, cold Florida Saturday afternoon, with a sleet rain falling and the coldest night on record forecast, the place was an utter MADHOUSE with (I imagine) tourists doing what only tourists can do best… boost the South Florida economy.
I’ll be back… on a Monday lunchtime when the clothes are hopefully hanging on the racks and not on the floors.
