Terrible customer service
I went to this place to get a quote to fix my car’s muffler. They explained the part needed to be ordered, but it will take a couple of weeks. I could not wait, so I said I will search other places. a couple of weeks went by and they called my again (Nicole) saying the part came. When I told her I had fixed my car already, she became so rude. Are you serious Nicole? is that the way you are conducting your business? I will never recommend this place again. (By the way I found a place where they fixed my car HALF the price this people quote for)

Amazing service! It’s hard to find a mechanic shop with a good solid attitude these days. Mufflex has that and more! They were incredibly honest and up front with me and worked on my car in record time at an affordable price. $$$ in my pocket and theirs! Proof that a small family business is the only good business. :)
