Had the worst experience. My husband selected 4 cigars from the humidor total worth about $ 60. At the register he was concerned about the Padron he picked up as it looked dry. He asked Tom if he he felt the same since it make a crackling sound. The owner agreed that the he heard the crawling sound as well he mentioned that he got them just a few months back and do not know why that is the case. He then got all upset. He took all 4 cigars and told us to take a hike. My husband giving respect to an elderly man apologized to him stating that he did not mean to offend him. He pointed my husband to the door and said leave. We left the store immediately. We are on vacation and instead of getting the pleasant service we have received from all the retailers around it was rather disheartening. I would not recommend anyone going to this place.

Fantastic prices, great selection of cigars, and a Tom is a great guy to deal with. The best cigar shop in Maine.
