It is Americanized Chinese food, but it is one of the best around. The family working is always very nice, and it is always done in 20 minutes. Food is very consistent within my years of ordering it. Best Chinese food in this area. 5 out of 5 would recommend.

Sad to say this is about the worst Chinese place I’ve experienced in the US. Fatty, gristly, chewy meat. Tasteess brown glop sauces. Excess of oil. Bottom line: death on a plate without any redeeming qualities. AVOID!

This Chinese restaurant has been right on Route 11 in Hallstead for many years. No matter what you order, it’s done in 20 minutes — amazing. Cooked to order, curt but accurate service that family owned Chinese joints are famous for, the food is good enough to go back whenever you just have to have Chicken & Broccoli or Lo Mein. The Sesame & Gen. Tao chicken are made with very fatty meat, which is why only 3 stars. There are tables and you can eat in the restaurant which you cannot always do with take-​out places, but this is primarily for take-​out — the atmosphere is not conducive to pleasant dining. The lighting is harsh and the seats uncomfortable. It seems that they’d rather you take it with you.
Above said, the location is convenient, the food is predictable and, don’t forget, you can feed a small army in 20 minutes!
