I recently had GroundScape Solutions, create a French Drain in my backyard to solve a flooding problem. Joe was able to immediately pinpoint the problem area explained, the best way to correct the drainage in the problem area. They came on the date we agreed on and completed the work with in 2 days as promised. They did a very neat job replacing patio concrete, with drainage basins. The cost was expensive, but from research I found, it was well within the range for the work the was necessary. A week ago had the 1st heavy rain since installation, no accumulation on patio at all. Bring on the rain, no more flooding at our house.

I wish I could give this company no stars. They lied to try to sell a more expensive retaining wall. We specifically requested a quote for a railroad tie retaining wall. They would only quote an expensive paver stone wall saying railroad tie walls are illegal in Arlington. We checked with the city and they are not illegal. We emailed back GroundScape and left messages letting them know RR tie walls are not illegal in Arlington but of course we never heard back from them.
