She was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and helped a lot. I will most definitely bring my pup again. Next time for a complete service.

I have known DeDe for many years. She is one amazing lady. Her passion for our fur kids is so obvious and so natural .
Dede always makes sure that the dogs get the best care and the best groom, and when there are some hard cases and dogs are apparently aggressive when being groomed, somehow Dede just does it without anyone stressing. She’s the Cesar Milan of the grooming world! My giant dogs love her, I love her, everyone that comes in contact with her will love her ! I will always recommend Dede ! Even though I am too far away and can’t bring my «pooch» to her, I make sure that pet owners in her area know about it ! Everyone needs to have a Favorite Groomer !!!

Dede is amazing! Petsmart told me not to bring my male dog in for nail trims because he would growl and nip at them. I took him to Dede and she trimmed his nails without any issues! I highly recommend Dede for your dog grooming needs!

Dede was great with my dog Jack. He is 6 months old and not too fond of getting groomed yet. Dede saw us on a Sunday and did a full brush and nail clip. We have homework and will definitely be back!

I’ll give them 2 stars out of fairness to the fact that they never got the chance to groom my dog. When I went to drop her off they started having me sign paperwork that had more disclaimers than getting surgery.
A $ 20 charge if they find ANY fleas on your pet.
There is a fee if you are late for your appointment
a fee if you cancel your appointment on short notice
They get the right to take photos of your pet and use them for ANY reason.
The groomer is not responsible for any injury to your pet caused by her grooming.
There is a late fee if you don’t pick up your pet within 30 minutes of them texting you that they are done.
When I objected to some of these conditions, they became defensive and started arguing with me. No attempt was made to earn my business. I have been in retail for more than 25 years and know how simple it is to give good service.
Clearly this business is entirely about the owners making money and not about a love of animals or a desire to serve.
Most businesses offer some kind of guarantee on their products and services. This one requires a laundry list of guarantees if you want to be their customer.
Needless to say my dog and I walked out.

Great services very honest and straight forward on services and takes care of animal of it was her own would recommend to everyone on Business trip if looking for a great fast and great job for there animal.

My Shih Tzu and I have used Dede for years now since she is super good and let’s me sit and wait for his grooming.
I sent her an email this morning saying yesterday’s grooming was best ever — from neat clipped feet to his beautiful brushed tail.
She replied, asking if I had put this on the Unilocal review too … I hadn’t but I have now.
If you love your dog, this is where you need to get an appointment and see for yourself.
Rembrandt always enjoys his time there since she makes him feel special.
