Pizza Hut

WORST location ever. There are times where the hubs is in the mood for a cheese pizza and today was one of those nights, 1 hour and 30 mins?! No thank you. Tried to call to cancel tell me why I called 10 times (no lie) and each and every time it would ring and end up on a fax line. The hubs was calling about 8 times on his own phone and he finally got to talk to someone after he hit the Spanish option. So over it.

Pizza was good. Service not so great. Manager should be more professional and look presentable.

Best Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. Nice staff. Always busy when I come in though during rush hour.
Been to other pizza huts and this place just has better quality.

This is a pizza hut, not sure why it’s called Wing Street. Probably called themselves that to avoid low rating like the one I’m about to give. The order came through fine, though I waited forEVER to get it. I was literally lightly jumping and crossing my legs because I needed to take a leak. I asked a guy making the pizzas in the back and told him I have to go REALLY badly. HE asked I suppose the guy in charge, young, hispanic, possibly some asian in him, guy who looked like he was a couple of years older than me (so maybe 21, 22, 23?) I heard him tell the guy no, then he proceeded came to the front looked at me and said «No. No» Not «Oh sorry we’re not allowed to do that it’s against our policy» or something like that. For some reason him saying no twice really set me off. I glared the fuck out of him and gave him curt replies. I tried to catch his name but couldn’t see the tag very well. I ran to the Taco Bell across the street and used their restroom. To the guy I’m referring to if he were to ever see this «Fuck you. Fuck you.»
It’s a darn shame too, I’m a firm believer in tippin whenever I can. I was going to drop him a $ 5 expecting him to let me as gratitude for letting me, but definitely not after that bullshit.
I did tip the lady at Taco Bell for being friendly and joking about it with me though. I did also order something from there for another family member who is not a pizza lover.
