I won’t be going back. I love wings & have hooters a few times a month. But this was just nasty. I was looking for somewhere close to my husband’s job so I could eat with him on his lunch. We decided to call ahead for pickup & everything seemed up to par besides the fact that they charge you almost $ 1 for every sauce? No free sauces with hot wings? But when we started eating I couldn’t even finish. Half my wings were filled with black, veiny, stringy gristle. It makes me nauseous just thinking about it.

My first visit wasn’t too bad, just a long wait for food, my second and last was yesterday when my wings were fried far too long. Not just crunchy but bitter and it was all the wings not just one. Service is lacking, slow and the staff shows they don’t care. The fries were fresh and hot but they were very short, very poorly cut. Restaurants in that area are pretty transitional and I don’t see a long future for this Wing Stop.

Highly disappointed with the customer service provided by this location. Had someone who claimed to be a manager tell me that Wingstops corporate policy was to not let someone buy food for the homeless. After speaking with corporate office, they told me it’s the individual locations policy due to safety concerns of their staff. The young lady that was a «manager» kept covering the phone when I asked her a question– then coming back on with an answer. Another«manager» came on the phone and was highly rude as well. Sadly because of this I will never return to any Wingstop.

Gone are the days of reviews that are less than 3 stars. Unless you do something overly egregious during my visit, I won’t let it go there. Not 2. Wing Stop. You got mighty close. Your saving grace is the wings are delicious. The fries are on point. And your staff stays frazzled friendly under pressure. Otherwise…like everyone else has said, you are horribly understaffed. I would only recommend ordering from them during non-peak hours. I’ve had two moments in which I’ve waited far longer than I would expect. The worst offense was when I called my order in and they said it would be ready in 20 minutes.(A lunch rush. I’m a teacher and was picking up food for me/students that got rewarded for working hard). Lunch only lasts 55 minutes. Minus 15 minutes for getting to the restaurant and back. I went to pick the order up 20 minutes later and ended up staying there an extra 25 minutes waiting for my food. People that ordered their food at the counter got their food before my to-go order. I try to stay mild-mannered most of the time, but I was really fuming at this situation. It wasn’t just my lunch that was in jeopardy, it was the students I had committed to feeding, as well. Not cool. PLEASEHIREMOREPEOPLE. Until I see that, A&Ds will continue to get my business.

Hate this place! Slow and terrible service. Order online and go wait for 30 minutes because they hold your order until you get there. Worst Wingstop EVER! If you want wings skip this place. I’ve gone twice and will never return. Hopefully they shut this crap hole down before it tarnishes their brand anymore!

I was pretty damn excited that they built a wingstop over here but this wingstop is garbage. They opened it way too early so they are understaffed and very slow. I don’t think I’ve had one experience here where I’ve spent less than an hour waiting for my food. I’m sure you could go to the wing stop on Bryant Irvin and get your wings faster. But if you’re trying to save gas just go to the one on 28th st or to that a&d place.
