We love Jam Hops Dance Connection! The teachers are outstanding and truly care about our daughter. We also really like the location. I am glad we are part of the Jam Hops community.

The Jam Hops team is great! My kids love movie nights. We wish we lived closer so they could actually participate in a gymnastics program.

It was very unfortunate, because we really liked all the parents and staff at Jam Hops. We transferred to Jam Hops from a different gym, at this time our son was almost ready to give up on gymnastics. He kind of lost the passion at the other gym! When we arrived and spoke to the coach we asked him to evaluate our son and put him where he needs to be! Rec. program, level 4, he was competing level 5 for one year before we came. We arrived in August, right before the competing season starts. We came from a gym that worked out much less the jam hops and therefore there is slower progression. After being evaluated we were very well received and told that our son will compete as a level 5 for the second year. We had fun, our son grew strides and was able to complete his front hand spring that he struggled with for so long within 3 weeks. We traveled and watch our son bloom before our very eyes. 7 month into the season and a week before State Competitions, the coach approached me and said as of the fallowing Monday right after state our son was of the team, as is to go into the rec. program. Our son got in the car that night and wept! His years of hard work all of our time, money and personal growth was thrown right in the garbage can. Our son was then expected to go to two other practices and compete with his team one last time? They called out son a quitter, I’m sorry who quit on who? And like I said we would of been fine on the rec. team from the get go, but to put someone on the team and then kick them off, expect them to go from practicing 9 hours to 3 and to not be with the friends he just made, was the most ridiculous thing that anyone could expect from our 9 year old. Was not even given a year with this team. The 23 years in coaching these kids I’m shocked to see that these decisions were made. Our son has a broken spirit, he lost all of his friends and this was all done after a practice for all parents to see. Please watch out out for your kids here, because if they don’t score a ten this might happen to you.
