Sharper Homes

We just closed on our home this past Friday. Throughout the process, from initially seeing the model to final completion, they have been helpful, communicative and interested in producing a great product. Our house had a high degree of customization, both in floorplan and finishes. They did a great job of ensuring that we got the look and feel that we wanted. Of particular note, Brian did an awesome job of working with us to design and spec out the home and making changes as necessary. Even more, he represented us in selling our prior home and ensured we got top dollar (over ask, sold in one week). Additionally, their subcontractors (particularly for tile and millwork) took great pride in their work. They are true craftsmen/​women. If we were to build again, we would certainly go with Sharper!

Finding your perfect home is no easy task. I began my search looking for «deals» around the metro area, thinking I could find exactly what I was looking for in this buyers market. I came to realize it wouldn’t be as easy as I thought… until I met Jesse Roessler and Brian Johnson from Sharper Homes. After six months of searching I stumbled upon them… but would I be able to afford to build my home? They had many floor plans and model homes for me to look at and they gave me the flexibility to modify where I saw fit. They built my home in less than three months, I’m closing in two days!!! I’ve seen the finished product and I am absolutely amazed that I was able to build such a beautiful home and at a price that I can afford. Their quality is second to none and all of the contractors were very friendly, professional and accomodating. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
