We had hard water (city water in Dexter) that was corroding and ruining our faucets. AWT had someone come and look at our house and provide an estimate. Two days later the the system was installed and operational. Everything went smoothly and professionally — they came when they said they would, did the work well and on time at reasonable cost. Very happy with everything so far.

When I bought my house, it came with a reverse osmosis system I knew nothing about. They came out the day I first talked to them and were right on time. I never felt pressured in any way, Brad explained everything to me, told me what filters and upkeep I needed, and told me how much they would be if I got them through Advanced. I did get filters from them a bit later, their office staff is also helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. If I do ever need work on my water works in my house, I will be going to Advanced.

I was so concerned about moving to Hamburg township and the well water, I thought I would never be blonde again, and that I would never own anything white; let alone the sinks and marble counters. Advanced took care of it! I have been in my house for four months, and I don’t need to do the Malibu blonde, My whites are white, and the drinking water is incredible. This company has been nothing but wonderful! It’s not just about the system we bought, but the customer service, real honest, caring people. Great job advanced, I hope you see this! (and no I am not related, and had never meet them prior to this job)
