I would definitely recommend Jan-​Mar Alarm company to anyone thinking about home security! We chose them because they’ve been in business for so long & they are a local company. The guys were courteous, professional and did very clean work! The alarm system was completely customized to our needs and price range, and the system installed was very simple to understand & use. A home security company that is unethical. Owner of companies p.o. box opened a letter of mine that found its way into their box.
I had to chase the owner up through email and phone. the office manager Kathy did nothing to assist me «I didn’t open the box», but at least as responded. I waited a week before the initial sender of the letter (which contained time sensitive material) asked to discuss this with the postmaster.
After threatening the company with a possible mail fraud case against them, the letter was amazingly found and returned to the sender.
I will not recommend this company to my friends and clients. I would not want anyone in this company in my house especially when they try to get away with opening other people’s mail.
