«Concerned. They double charged me and I have not received my goods and now I have lost over 25 very expensive videos I sent to be converted. THEY do not answer their phone or emails!!!»
I was told it would be credited and never heard from them again.
Finally received tapes… and really bad quality. Still no refund or returned call from double charge.

DO NOT SEND THESE PEOPLE YOUR TAPES. They told me 7 days, it has now been 7 weeks. They answer the phone maybe 1 time in 30 calls and lie repeatedly. I have been told 5 different things by 3 different people. They gave me false tracking numbers for shipments that were never sent and refuse to return calls or emails. I have $ 40,000 production on those tapes and now don’t believe I will ever get them back. THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM.

I was looking for a place to transfer my parents’ VHS tapes to dvds. I found this place. They were very inexpensive and didn’t see any bad reviews. When I spoke with them on the phone, they seemed «together», nice, and professional. I sent them my vhs tapes. I waited for over a month to get them back and even though had ordered 2 copies, I got one copy. One dvd was not working. In fairness, they didn’t charge me and were apologetic so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and asked them if they would make me 3 more copies and fix the one dvd which didn’t work but that they had said was troublesome and worked hard on. I spoke with Richard and he said he still had the files and would do it. Week after week and then month after month went by. It was a one in 10 chance that a person might answer the phone. If I left a message, they never got back to me. I spoke with the tech guy before July 4^th and he said they still had the files and would make sure it got done and would call me. He never called me. When I tried calling them, again no one answered the phone and when I got a message no one returned my call. They had said they were getting a new phone system. It was one excuse after another. When I finally got back in touch with the tech guy he said they got rid of the files. I said, but I spoke with Richard, the boss and he said he would see to it personally. Well, he had a medical problem was the answer I got. There was so much dodging and so many excuses I finally just dropped it. I’m sure they’re happy about that. But in my opinion, these people are extremely unprofessional. And maddening.
