The employees of Matrix Excavation were all exceptionally polite. From the women in the office, to the men digging in my backyard, they all worked hard to get the job done. Having such extensive work done on your home can be a grueling and anxiety provoking process and I really appreciated their going the extra mile. The men at Matrix paid attention to every detail of their work, even replanting some flowers for me, which was definitely not in their job description. The owner took every one of my frantic phone calls and always answered my questions in a way that we could understand. With all the hecticness surrounding home projects, it was refreshing to feel that we were in good hands. I would go back to Matrix in a heartbeat, and recommend them to any of my family or friends.
