Michael’s Catering and Banquets

Attended a baby shower here yesterday. Didn’t expect much, but the facility exceeded my expectations.
Upon my arrival there was ample parking and signs inside the building easily directed me to my event. There was a large coatroom right off the entrance which was great. The room that we were in was nicely decorated and up to date. All of the beverages (coffee, fruit punch, water) were excellent and presented nicely with all the needed condiments (e.g., sugar, honey, cream).
We lunched on a buffet of salad, warm rolls, pasta with red sauce, pasta with alfredo sauce, meatballs, sausage, and chicken. There was also roasted potatoes, but I didn’t sample them. All of the food was tasty and hot. The servers were very attentive and made sure to quickly clear plates.
Servers were also efficient at cutting up the cake while we were eating so that it was ready to go. They also provided bags to dispose of leftover gift-​wrapping. Overall, I was impressed with the facility and would recommend it if I had an event that didn’t require an overly fancy atmosphere. It certainly didn’t feel «high end», but was a great place to have a nice, simple baby shower.

Attended a two day seminar here through work in one of the rooms. We were in the room for two full days and the temperature was always comfortable with fresh hot and cold breakfast treats and snacks throughout the day. Lunch was served both days, each day having a selection of three meats, salads, sides, etc. which were all fresh and delicious.
